הפקולטה ממשיכה לתמוך בסטודנטים וסטודנטיות שלה - גם אלו שטרם הספיקו לגשת לספסל הלימודים החדש שלהם הסמסטר – ותמשיך להישאר גם ליד כל חברי וחברות הסגל בתקופה קשה זו. אנחנו לשרותכם.

ניוזלטר חודש אוקטובר 2023 מוקדש בעיקר לפעילויות הפקולטה הקשורות למלחמת חרבות ברזל שפרצה בשבת שמחת תורה, כ"ב תשרי תשפ"ד, 7 אוקטובר 2023.

עקב המלחמה, שנת הלימודים האקדמית טרם נפתחה.

פיילוט מרכז חוזק לדובים

בעקבות הצלחת בית החולים לדובים הידוע של הפקולטה לרפואה, ולאור הצורך המיידי כתוצאה מפריצת מלחמת חרבות ברזל – הפקולטה מיד הרימה את הכפפה ויזמה פיילוט "מרכז חוזק לדובים" המציעה התערבות גוף ונפש לילדים בגילאי 3-12.

אירועי הפיילוט התקיימו החודש בקמפוסי צפת ורמת גן בהשתתפות הפקולטה ואגודת הסטודנטים (אסר"ג), והמחלקה לפסיכולוגיה ובית הספר לעבודה סוציאלית של האוניברסיטה.

מאות ילדים וילדות עם הוריהם והדובים והבובות שלהם השתתפו.

גיוס חירום לרכישת מכשירי אולטרה-סאונד ניידים קטנים POCUS

אוניברסיטת בר-אילן והפקולטה לרפואה פתחו מיד בגיוס חירום לרכישת מכשירי אולטרה-סאונד ניידים קטנים שישמשו את הלוחמים וצוותי הרפואה בשטחי הלחימה ובבתי חולים. נכון לכתיבת הניוזלטר, 60 POCUS ניתנו לצה"ל (ונמצאים בשימוש פעיל בשטח), 35 בדרך, ו-46 ישמשו בבתי חולים. יוזם הרעיון הוא סטודנט לרפואה המשרת בשטח בגבול עזה בימים אלו.

חמ"ל סטודנטים

כ-40 סטודנטים מהפקולטה לרפואה הקימו מייד עם פרוץ המלחמה, חמ"ל עם, בין היתר (דוגמאות נוספות בהמשך), דאטה-בייס של כ-800 סטודנטים וכן, ביצעו שיחות טלפון לסטודנטים ולסטודנטיות שלנו על מנת לבדוק לשלומם וכיצד ניתן לעזור להם.

כלים להתמודדות והכשרה מיידית

התקיים זום לקבלת כלים להתמודדות במצבי טראומה עם המטופלים/משפחות/חברים של נפגעי טראומה, ועל תפקוד במצב אי ודאות ובשורה מרה.
התקיימה סדנה לשעת חירום להכשרת סטודנטים בתל השומר - לקיחת דם ורידי לבדיקות מעבדה, הכנסת סט לעירוי נוזלים, החדרת עירוי לווריד פריפרי והתקנת עירוי נוזלים לווריד פריפרי.

עזרה בקהילה

עזרה בהקמת מרפאת חירום באמירים ובפרוד.
התנדבות סטודנטים לרפואה במכון לרפואה משפטית בתור עוזרי רופא.
יצירת טפסים לרישום מתנדבים בבתי החולים בנצרת, העמק וזיו, לצד קופות החולים בצפון ופרויקט ספֵרת הסוכרת בגליל ע"ש ראסל ברי.
קישור בין צרכים ליכולות שעלו מהשטח (למשל, צרכים של מילואימניקים, ציוד, מקומות לינה או\ו מקלחות ספונטניות, ועוד) .

איסוף בגדים וציוד

בימים הראשונים ללחימה, ד"ר נעמי דיקמן וד"ר מורן ידיד ריכזו איסוף של ביגוד ילדים ונוער, משחקים, וציוד נוסף לטובת תושבי העוטף שאיבדו את ביתם.
