הכירו את תוכנית אילנות צוערים למנהיגות רפואית

למועמדים לתוכנית הארבע שנתית לרפואה השנה מוצעת הזדמנות ייחודית הודות למשרד הבריאות. "אילנות" שמה לה למטרה לטפח את הדור הבא של מנהיגות רפואית, תוך התמקדות בפריפריה. עד 30 צוערים מיועדים להיבחר מבין הרבה מועמדים בעלי מוטיבציה גבוהה.Ilanot

אילנות מתאפשרת הודות לשיתוף פעולה עם ארגונים בנגב ובגליל וכן אגף עתודות לישראל במשרד ראש הממשלה, משרד האוצר, המשרד לפיתוח הנגב והגליל, בתי חולים וקופות החולים בנגב ובגליל, מועצות מקומיות ועמותות מקומיות וכמובן הפקולטה לרפואה ע"ש עזריאלי אשר מקבלת בברכה את התוכנית.

הסטודנטים יקבלו מלגת שכר לימוד ומחייה, הכשרת מנהיגות והדרכה לאורך כל התקופה. בתמורה מתחייבים תלמידי הפקולטה ע"ש עזריאלי להתגורר בגליל ולעבוד שבע שנים בגליל לאחר סיום הלימודים.

הגשת מועמדות לתוכנית הארבע שנתית לשנת הלימודים 2022-23 פתוחה בין התאריכים 16 בינואר - 13 בפברואר, 2022.

 

סטודנטים לרפואה לומדים מקשישים בקורס "הזדקנות"seniors

לאחרונה ניתנה הזדמנות לתלמידי שנה ב' במסלול הרפואה-ארבע שנתי לפגוש (באמצעות זום עקב מגבלות נגיף הקורונה) חברים מ"נבחרת הגליל" של ותיקי הגלילי העליון. הסטודנטים נמצאים כעת בשיאו של קורס "הזדקנות ואתרוסקלרוזיס" אשר מועבר על ידי ד"ר אמיתי אוברמן. במסגרת הקורס הם נפגשו עם קשישים כדי ללמוד ממקור ראשון, ולא רק באמצעות ספרי לימוד. הפגישה התגלתה מעשירה ונוצר דיון ער שהוביל לטיפים כיצד להיות רופא טוב ומקצועי במיוחד סביב קבוצת הגיל המיוחדת והחשובה הזו עם צרכיה הייחודיים.
