אנו מברכים בחום את הסטודנטים החדשים שלנו* ומאחלים לכל הצוות שלנו, כמו גם לסטודנטים, ותיקים וחדשים, הרבה הצלחה עם פתיחת שנת הלימודים החדשה.

*141 סטודנטים חדשים ברפואה (MD), 20 סטודנטים חדשים לתואר שני ו -13 סטודנטים לתואר שלישי (8 הם בינלאומיים; שימו לב שלתכנית הדוקטורט יש קבלה מתמשכת והמספר עלול להשתנות).

יום השנה העשירי שמח לפקולטה לרפואה ע"ש עזריאלי!

אוניברסיטת בר-אילן חנכה את הפקולטה החדשה לרפואה באוקטובר 2011. ראו בסוף הכתבה כמה תמונות נוסטלגיות ואת הסיקור העיתונאי.

מענקים

ברכות לד"ר קרן אגאי-שי על קבלת מענק מחקר של קרן Ihel. המחקר הוא על "מדידת ביומרקרים ללחץ כרוני ולסביבת המגורים על ידי ריכוזי הקורטיזול במהלך השליש השני של הריון."

סמינרים

סמינר מיוחד - אפידמיולוגיה של חיסונים: האידיאל, האמיתי ומה שנמצא ביניהם (פרופ' נאור בר-זאב בהנחיית פרופ' מיכאל אדלשטיין).

עדכוני סטודנטים

פרופ' ג'וני יונס שוב משתף בעדכון הקשור לסטודנטים לשנת הלימודים הקרובה:

במהלך הסבבים למיילדות ולגינקולוגיה מתבצע יום שלם של סימולציה רפואית. סטודנטים, אחד אחרי השני, מתרגלים על בובות מיוחדות כדי ללמוד את הכלים הבסיסיים של המקצוע כגון הבדיקה הגניקולוגית, בדיקת מיילדות, לקיחת בדיקת PAP smear ועוד, לפני עבודה עם נשים. בנוסף, הם נחשפים למודלים ממוחשבים מיוחדים שיעזרו להבין טוב יותר את הבסיס האנטומי, הרפואי והמקצועי לשימוש במכשור אנדוסקופי, כגון היסטרוסקופיה ולפרוסקופיה.

עד שנת הלימודים 2019-2020 התקיימו ימי סימולציה אלה במרכז הרפואי כרמל, שאינו מסונף אל הפקולטה. החל מהשנה יתקיימו ימי הסימולציה במרכז הרפואי לגליל בנהריה אשר בנה מרכז ייחודי למטרה זו והמסונף אל הפקולטה ע"ש עזריאלי.

תזכורת! קורס חדש: יסודות בפיתוח תרופות

הפקולטה ע"ש עזריאלי, בשיתוף עם חברת טבע תעשיות פרמצבטיות בע"מ, תציע קורס חדש לתואר שני. הקורס באורך סמסטר יכלול מרצים אורחים ומטרתו לכסות את היסודות של גילוי ופיתוח תרופות. למידע נוסף פנה לרכז הקורס ד"ר ניר קוויט.

UnBox

ב -2 בספטמבר 2021 זהר ינון, מנכ"ל אוניברסיטת בר-אילן ואריאל סלע, מנכ"ל UnBox דיברו אל קהל חי וגם דרך הזום מאולם אסתר וחיים קרסו בפקולטה. מר סלע מתאר את פעילות החברה UnBox.

תנחומינו לפרופ' חיים פוטרמן, המשנה לדיקן למחקר, על פטירת אביו.

לזכר

הפקולטה כולה מתאבלת על פטירתו של פרופ 'אנתוני לודר. פרופ' לודר היה מומחה לרפואת ילדים, גנטיקה רפואית והפרעות מטבוליות מולדות, שימש שנים רבות כמרצה קליני בכיר וסגן דיקן ללימודים פרה-קליניים בפקולטה ע"ש עזריאלי, ובשנים האחרונות שימש גם כיועץ בכיר לדיקן לפרויקטים מיוחדי.
