סיכום תהליך המיון

The admissions process for the Faculty's four-year and six-year MD programs for the 2026-2027 academic year has now been completed. Admission scores were calculated based on candidates' performance throughout the various stages of the selection process, and results have been communicated to applicants. Acceptance letters are currently being sent to successful candidates across the different programs.

This year, the Faculty's acceptance letters received a refreshed visual design, led by Neta Joya Roditi Levi and Yair Shinberg (Dr. Galili). We invite you to view the new acceptance letter sent to incoming students this year. Click here to view the letter.

In August, the Faculty also administered the knowledge examination for admission to the three-year MD program for the 2027-2028 academic year, designated for Israeli students studying medicine abroad. Candidates who successfully passed the examination subsequently participated in personality assessments, including a personal interview and the Shaul test. Admission decisions for this program are expected to be released in January 2027.

We want to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to the many faculty members from the Faculty and our affiliated hospitals who contributed to the admissions process through interviews, development of knowledge examinations, and numerous other tasks.

Special thanks are extended to the dedicated administrative team who managed this complex process with professionalism and commitment: Sharon Mines, Bat El Menachem, Sapir Hallal, and Nurit Rotem, as well as Basem Hijazi, the Faculty statistician, whose contributions were instrumental to the success of this year's admissions cycle.

The admissions process for the 2026-2027 academic year has concluded for the Faculty's medical programs. At the same time, the knowledge examination for the three-year program was successfully administered, and preparations are underway for the remaining stages of the admissions cycle. The Faculty extends its sincere appreciation to the academic and administrative staff whose dedication and professionalism contributed to the successful completion of this year's admissions process.
