Application Process – Four-Year M.D. Program | The Azrieli Faculty of Medicine in the Galilee

Applications for the Four-Year M.D. Program for the 2026-2027 academic year are now closed.

Applicants to the Faculty of Medicine may apply to one program only:

Simultaneous applications to more than one medical program are not permitted.

Applicants are required to review the current admission requirements and application procedures before submitting an application.

Please note: Application fees are non-refundable.

The application form is available on the Bar-Ilan University homepage as well as through the designated online application portal.

Upon completion of the application process, an automatic email confirmation will be sent to verify receipt of the application.

The following documents must be uploaded during the application process in PDF format only:

Proof of eligibility for a bachelor's degree or an official bachelor's degree certificate.
Official undergraduate academic transcript.
- Applicants who are in their final year of undergraduate studies must submit a transcript that includes all coursework completed up to the date of application.
Copy of an Israeli identity card or passport.
Immigration certificate (Teudat Oleh) for new immigrants who have been in Israel for fewer than seven years.

Only PDF files will be accepted.
Scanned documents are considered unofficial copies. Applicants who are admitted will be required to present the original documents.
Each file must not exceed 1 MB.
The combined size of all uploaded files must not exceed 2 MB.
File names may contain letters and numbers only.
Applicants admitted to the program will be required to present the original supporting documents.
All required application documents should be uploaded as part of the online application. Documents submitted separately may be processed at a later stage.
